Alfa-Rack has been one of the most successful forages ever offered by The Whitetail Institute. Alfa-Rack is a blend of specifically selected grazing alfalfa varieties and Imperial Whitetail Clover. It is designed for well-drained soils such as upland soils, hilltops, hillsides and sandy soils. Alfa-Rack contains alfalfa varieties that have very deep taproots, which can amazingly grow 20 FEET DEEP. Therefore, Alfa-Rack is already highly drought resistant. Improved drought resistance, however, is something that can always make a better food plot. The key X-9 Alfalfa Technology is blended incorporated into plant breeding.
